Can I use my own shampoo in it?
Yes. The reservoir takes any standard pet shampoo. Use pet-safe products only — human shampoo can irritate their skin.
Is it gentle enough for cats?
The bristles are soft silicone rather than stiff plastic, which most cats tolerate well. Introduce it slowly the first few times.
Can it be used on a dry coat?
It is designed for use during a wash. For dry brushing between baths, the Pet Hair Removal Brush is the better choice.
How do I stop shampoo drying inside it?
Rinse the reservoir under running water straight after the wash and leave it open to air dry.
