Before you message us

If your question is about an existing order, please include your order number. It lets us find your details straight away instead of going back and forth.

We can help with order status and tracking, product questions, shipping enquiries, returns and refunds, and damaged or incorrect items.

Delivery

Furli delivers within South Africa only. Orders arrive within an estimated 6–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll confirm whether your return qualifies and give you the correct return instructions and return address.
